For proper training of emotion and sublimation of instinct, we feel the school life should be crowded with programmes like music and drama. This facilitates in discovering the talent, organizing skill and resourcefulness that lie dormant in the students. Music Gives opportunities to discover the novelty and originality of the students. Moreover, the students find joy in these programmes.
The next important activity of the school is that it organizes debates and discussions through which the students develop the art of delivering a speech and participation in group discussions. Group meetings are encouraged. Every student is given an opportunity to speak before a small group. Rewards are given to the winners. Participation of the students in debate develops self-confidence. It updates information & improves oratory skills.
Students derive great pleasure by participating in various games and sports like Football, Hockey, Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton, Kho - Kho etc.
The physical trainers and drill masters with modern physical training are recruited, as supervisor and guide in the playground. The student participation is must for proficiency of the students. In the school timetable, arrangements has been made for the physical training of the students, inter-house tournaments, inter-school tournaments, inter-district tournaments etc. is encouraged.
School organizes various excursions to distant places, trips to historical places, field trips to factories, radio stations, newspaper plants etc. It develops the outlook of the students, enriches curricular experiences and supplements classroom learning. It gives them much new information and change their attitude and interests.
