Refund Policy


In case of cancellation of the services the customer needs to cancel it by searching the booking you want to cancel and clicking on the Cancel option.Select the reason to cancel and then submit.
On cancellation of a request, the refund will be initiated in case of an online payment.The amount will be refunded into the designated bank account of the customer through which the payment was made. This may take upto 14 days depending on the bank of the customer.
Refunds will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If product is opened or used it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. Refunds can only be processed with receipt.
No refunds are given for gift card orders.
Gift card orders are not exchangeable.
