1) The orders placed can be cancelled only, if it is not processes by us. Once processed, no amount will be refund under any condition. 2) In case the order is cancelled before processing, the full amount (after deducting the taxes and transaction charges) will be refund to the source account. 3) In case of cakes, the client will have to inform us for the cake design and also the order must be placed atleast 2 days before delivery date.
