He is skilled in motivating students about joining different courses and further guiding them to join institutes according to their caliber. He has worked with "Ekadhiken (Chandigarh)" as a career counselor & faculty. He has given many programs on Career Counseling on Local Channels. He is currently working as the Founder Director, Faculty & Marketing Head of JCM Educom Pvt. Ltd and Also a Regular "Career Expert" with "CAREER FUTURA" Pune.

Having a strong will to become an Entrepreneur and to do something substantial for the people of his own state, so after completing his Master in Management Studies (MMS) from Mumbai University he came back to Jammu and now with a rich experience of 10 +years in the industry he has helped hundreds of students to get in to their career of their choice.
