General Nursing & Midwifery, popularly known as GNM, is a diploma course offered in many nursing colleges across India. The course is aimed at producing competent nurses. After pursuing GNM course, one can work as nurse in private/government hospitals, nursing homes, clinics or serve in community health services, especially in rural areas.
